Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential client material, credentials, or production data through this public website or by an unsolicited email.
How we use personal information
We use personal information only for identified and reasonable business purposes, including to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule or prepare for meetings;

Microsoft Bookings and external services
The Talk to Trebor page links to Microsoft Bookings. Microsoft processes the information you submit on that service under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Trebor receives the booking information needed to arrange, prepare for, and follow up on the meeting; once received by us, our handling of that information is also described by this policy.
Links to other websites do not make Trebor responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the applicable notice before providing information to an external service.
Storage, transfers, and retention
Trebor and its service providers may process information in Canada or other jurisdictions where they operate. Information handled outside your province or Canada may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or regulators under the laws of that jurisdiction.
Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected:
- Website and security records
- Kept according to the hosting and security provider’s configured logging periods and only while needed to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the website.
- Inquiries and booking details
- Kept while we respond, arrange the meeting, and maintain an active or reasonably anticipated business relationship.
- Career information
- Kept for the applicable recruitment process and any additional consideration period communicated to the candidate.
- Business and compliance records
- Kept for the period required to administer an engagement, resolve disputes, protect legal rights, or meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
When information is no longer required, we delete, destroy, or anonymize it as appropriate. You may ask the Privacy Officer for more information about the retention period applicable to information about you.
Safeguards and responsible collection
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity and context of the information. These may include limited access, vendor controls, secure communications, system monitoring, and retention practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
This business website is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through it.
Your choices and privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or ask how it has been used, disclosed, or retained. Where applicable, you may also request eligible information in a structured, commonly used technological format. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
Withdrawing consent may prevent us from responding to an inquiry, arranging a meeting, or continuing a service that requires the information. We will explain the relevant consequence when we respond to your request.
You may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, where applicable, the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or another provincial privacy regulator.
