Senior Software Developer

Why this role matters

You will help shape an evolving product suite from the inside out. The work spans interface craft, application architecture, integrations, and the engineering practices that help teams ship confidently. You will have a direct voice in what we build and how we build it.

What you’ll do

• Design and ship production-quality capabilities across the Trebor platform.
• Turn complex decision workflows into fast, understandable product experiences.
• Work across frontend, application services, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Establish pragmatic standards for testing, observability, security, and maintainability.
• Review code, share context, and help other builders do their best work.
• Collaborate directly with customers, leadership, and applied-AI specialists.

What you bring

• Strong experience building and operating modern web applications.
• Deep JavaScript or TypeScript capability across contemporary frontend and backend patterns.
• Sound judgment in API design, data modelling, testing, security, and deployment.
• A track record of taking work from an unclear problem to a dependable release.
• Care for product clarity and maintainability—not just technical novelty.

What success looks like

1. 01Useful capabilities reach customers quickly without creating avoidable fragility.
2. 02The platform becomes easier to understand, extend, and operate over time.
3. 03Engineering choices stay connected to real customer and business outcomes.
